Let me start by saying "Thank you" to Steve for the way he is always committed to the finding the truth,..the WHOLE truth.

anyone else find it ironic that a letter demanding FULL
DISCLOSURE - and how it is time to stand up
and be counted for - is written by someone using a pseudo
name??)
I have to ask myself.....what
is a group called "asdconcernedmembers" actually concerned
with,..IF
NOT the TRUTH? (Their email address is

Disclaimer - all of the information
I am about to share is undeniably ACCURATE and TRUE
PERIOD. I will NOT respond to questions that
need to be answered by a TRUSTEE of the ASDMBA,..
as I am not one, nor ever have been. I will share information
that I have first-hand knowledge of, and
that I feel is pertinent.
Response to
the Email
As I re-read the email another time
to respond, it occurred to me that the author is missing his
calling, he should be writing suspense
novels! The amount of WASTED thought process that
it took to come up with all the CONVOLUTED
speculation in this email is absolutely remarkable!
The amount of time that it must have taken
to try to connect dots that DONT EXIST is the stuff that
Tom Clancy novels are made of.
The only reason I am responding
to this email AT ALL is because the author intentionally
brought my business partners name and
banking info into this email. He has absolutely
NOTHING
to do with ANYTHING,..short
of him and I making a choice to invest in CME. I believe that the author should be more concerned
with his LIABILITY of dragging
innocent peoples personal information and banking info into an email, then distributing it. He
should have learned from Bob G that you cannot DO and SAY anything
that you want.
The $60,000 the
author is asking - "where did it come from?" "Did
it come from the ASDMBA?". NO.
It came
from multiple PRIVATE INVESTORS, (myself included),..looking
to acquire founders stock in CME through Jaffa Partners LLC. Have
have spoken frequently with the other investors,..I know
for a FACT the money came from
each of our PERSONAL bank
accounts. My partner and I were among the first to invest, all
the details of Jaffa Partners was not yet put together and we
were instructed to send our money directly to Garvick.
We were provided the wiring details from Garvick,
and sent the $5000.
THAT is the reason that our investment went
directly to Garvick instead of coming through Jaffa Partners LLC.
No mystery. No sinister scenario.
The email says:
"...Kath Danch, a Guenther supporter and spokesperson
on HIS weekly
conference
calls." BOB,...did not have
weekly calls, the ASDMBA did.
I
was the moderator for the ASDMBA CALLS....Bob was the spokesman.
Being the moderator is not the same
as agreeing with everything the spokesman says (ask Rayda)
and there are NUMEROUS people who knew I
had a big problem with what Bob was saying and doing. Heck, BOB
knew it! It is the reason that I stopped
doing the calls and his daughter Lynsey took over, and the reason
that I cut my ties
with Bob. The author needs to avoid outdated information
when trying to make a valid "point".
David Jenkins
- David Jenkins is one of the most ethical men I have ever worked
with. I assure you that
if there is ANY reason that I am positive
the ASDMBA funds were NOT misappropriated it was because
David Jenkins was on watch. It is true that him and
Bob have been friends for over 24 years, but David will be the first
to tell you what I am going to tell you now,...Bob Guenther is
NOT the same man he was in years past. I have heard from several
people that knew Bob that since he had the cancer treatments which
included extensive radiation, 4x's the normal level...that he
has not been the same person.
While that DOES NOT excuse him,...I still
have to say that I personally believe that Bob G has a medical/physical
issue that has not been detected or diagnosed. He is out of control.
Unfortunately, his bizarre behavior has also
resulted in David Jenkins and Bob parting ways. David
remains the Treasurer for the ASDMBA Trust SOLELY FOR
THE PURPOSE of fulfilling a commitment to the ASDMBA members
to assure that no funds are misappropriated.
Accounting of Money
sent to Friedman - One
thing the author and I are in perfect agreement on, is that we have
never seen an accounting of the money that was given to the law
firm of Friedman and Feiger.
I am all
for SEEING what our $64,000 or so dollars paid for. And
not because I suspect misappropriation,...but because I feel it is
ONLY RIGHT to know,...and there should not be anything to hide.
It's only
logical the ASDMBA members would WANT to know,...especially in
light of the fact that there has not been, to my knowledge, ANYTHING
filed on our behalf!
