record, has gone as far to attack my Church and a Hurricane Ike relief
fund we launched during the initial stages of the aftermath of Hurricane

Hundreds, if not thousands of
people were helped and gifted with furniture, clothes and food through
the efforts of Pastor Lawrence Kennedy and the members of North Church. Our
Pastor and members of the North Church made numerous trips to the
Gulf area and helped hundreds of hurting people. Our website generated
many gifts of furniture and clothes as well as who knows how many direct
monetary donations to the church. I was forced to take the website down,
because of the attacks by this crazed idiot and several ASD Members. And
the hurrican without the e? I couldnt get the site with hurricane spelled
out, it was taken. C
The internet is a powerful
tool, but crooked people MUST be stopped, must be reeled in, or we go
off the cliff into an abyss. We have helped bust Andy and ASD, we will
continue to help try to recover as much money as possible for the Members.
Im asking a fair and balanced evaluation of just who this guy is and who
and what his nmotivations, and the motivations of people like Robert Fava
and Joe Shoop are.
Now I find out the
Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment
and MMOGULS has been run by a crooked and delusional Chairman
named Gary Whitting and a co-founder, Fred Gagon, who was barred
by the Arizona AG
for life from selling or representing unsecures securities
in Arizona. Both have been offically excommunicated from the Mormon Church
for polygamy and fraud.. Im trying to take this guy down, bring
qualified investors to the table, keep most of the employees, finish the
product and basically salvage a company and launching a fantastic product.
And what do I get, character assisination with junk all over the internet..

I am appalled at the statements you have made and published
on the Internet about me and my law firm, Friedman & Feiger, LLP. Those
statements were made either: with knowledge of their falsity; or, with
reckless disregard to the truth of the matters asserted, and designed and
published to cause the most possible damage to the targets of your venom.
First, the attorneys and staff of Friedman & Feiger, LLP, including myself,
are good people who were not responsible for any of the things you have
accused them of doing. You should be ashamed of yourself for tarnishing
their reputation and attempting to destroy their livlihood and their
business.
Second, you know that the ASDMBA handled ALL of the money and published an
accounting on its website. If you contributed to the ASDMBA, have standing
to complain, and you are not satisfied with the accounting, you should
address any legitimate questions that you may have to the Trustees of the
ASDMBA. You, of course, will be required to disclose your real name, address
and telephone number and all on the assumed names that you use on the
Internet. You will also be required to show proof of your contribution to
the ASDMBA--none of which, I understand, you have been willing to publically
disclose to date.
Third, the only money that our firm can account for is what we billed, what
we were paid, and what we are owed by the ASDMBA.
Fourth, the ASDMBA was our only client and we did what the ASDMBA asked us
to do. Everything we did for the ASDMBA was consistent with what we were
hired to do, which was assist the ASDMBA in recovering money for ASD members
who lost money in ASD.
Are you one of the people who lost money in ASD or one of the people who
made money in ASD, Mr. Arons? Did you work for ASD? Are you still working
for ASD? Are you affiliated with Andy B. or any of his new ventures? In the
interest of truth and justice why don't you fully and honestly disclose who
you are, what you do for a living, who you work for, and what your real
agenda is?
Fifth, our firm was not hired, nor did we agree, to get involved in the
intramural fighting among the ASD members. In fact, we specifically stated
that we would not get involved in the fighting by, between and amongst ASD
members.
Sixth, no one from our firm is or was a Trustee--period.
Seventh, our law firm billed the ASDMBA for the legal work that we did. We
have not been paid for all the services that we have rendered to the ASDMBA.
Eight, our firm is not trying to get control of the $80,000,000 that the
Government has seized for our own personal gain nor did we have a plan to do
so. Our only plan was to represent the ASDMBA as we have done.
Ninth, the Board of Trustees of the ASDMBA govern the Association.
ACCORDINGLY, please consider this letter formal notice to you and demand to
cease and desist from making any further false, misleading and disparaging
remarks about me, Larry Friedman, or my law firm, Friedman & Feiger, LLP.

perpetrated with malicious intent. Your remarks made about me, and my law
