Summary ASD Call 10-03-08

Judy came on line and talked.

She thanked everyone for the support and for the

boxing gloves that they got.

Judy said: BEWARE,..there appears to be someone

calling the members from the "Winners Circle" or

something like that, and they are stating that they got

their information from ASD. That is a lie. We would never

give your information to anyone, and did not.

Andy came on,..said he was really missing the calls

and the interaction with the members. And he likes

keeping everyone up to date.

He said that he was not going to talk about anything

specific because he didn't want to work against the

legal team.

He praised the witnesses at the hearing, and it appears

that after all the testimony that it is everyone's opinion

that they came out on top.

Now it is up to the judge to look at both summaries that

both sides will send her and she will come back and make

a ruling in a couple weeks.

Joe Shoop came on - He was at the hearings and he

wanted to share his thoughts. He says he didn't know what the

objective was,...but does now. He wanted us to know that

the attorneys for ASD are top notch!

Please be careful what you are saying on the blogs,..

the AG's are looking at everything and gleaning every

piece of information they can for it to bolster their case.

I believe that after watching the witnesses and the

attorneys that they were unbelievable. They told the truth.

It was obvious that the AG did not have all the facts.

They were stumped, over and over and over again. They

were trying to get how it could be that you could advertise

and make a profit. That there is no guarantee.

In conclusion it was obvious that the AG did not go into this

understanding the business model, he learned a lot through

the hearing,..and it is Joe's opinion that the judge 'gets it'

and believe that there will be a favorable ruling.
