* The breaking news - The Golden Panda
announcement
was crafted by Government operatives and not by Golden
Panda. We are suspecting that when someone files that form
it will actually be filing a complaint against ASD. So
what we
are asking everyone is to contact the source and
ask them
to set up a separate link for Golden Panda.
Not one that
links ASD and Golden Panda.
We believe what they are going to do is say that "X"
amount
of people (everyone who fills out that form) is a complaint
against ASD.
So please DONT fill it out!
* Judge
Rosemary M. Collyer has
asked that everyone please
STOP flooding her office with cards and letters, they are
being overwhelmed. So we are asking everyone to please
cease at this time and thank you for your support!
She has moved to a larger courtroom...they are anticipating
a
large crowd. Reminder - IF YOU GO TO THE HEARING,
please conduct yourself professionally. No signs, banners,
t-shirts, screaming or yelling...etc. It would probably
have a
more adverse effect than positive
* Squashing the Subpoena - Only relates
to only having certain
employees and staff members to go and testify at the
hearing.
But any civil case that is more than 100 miles away from
the
civil case is not required to go. So we have filed a squash
the
subpoena motion.
Some ask WHY isn't Andy appearing, and it is important
to
understand that when you testify at these hearing that
everything
you say can and WILL be used against you. If you say one
word
wrong you could be charge with, obstruction, or something
even worse. And their attempt would be to trip things up.
SO it is
best for us to not be there...and take that chance.
* Andy's disappearance - This is comical,
the rumors are
getting ridiculous. This is pure hype, he is around and
ready to go.
* Compliance plan - It calls for changes
to be made, we readily
admit that we were not as effective as we wanted to be.
Quantity
has a Quality all it's own. And that is certainly what
happened with
ASD. We did not have the processes in place that we should
have
had and we understand that and we learned and are correcting
them. The compliance plan addresses those things.
* New Revenue Stream
- In the middle of communication with
a company out of Washington State, to generate some tele-communication
revenue...that would net us about $200 Million Dollars
on an annual
basis. With that in tact, along with the other smaller
revenue streams
we
have feel that we have a very strong financial future.
* Executives - There
is a rumor that executives have left the staff
and at this point only ONE executive has left the staff
and that position
has been filled, and we are fully staffed.
*
a Big Thanks to EVERYONE that has played a part in
the
support of ASD, and those that have
written letters and cards,..and
those that have volunteered to be a
member expert in the hearing.
