Subject: Explanation of Closing of Golden Panda



Hello Richard Daniel,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am alive and well.  The
internet has me saying a great deal of things that are not true.
First of all, I have never spoken to anyone about testifying "against"
Mr. Bowdoin.  He has been, and as far as I am concerned, still a
friend.  The only thing that I have said and I do not apologize for is
that he ran a "sloppy business" (But not as sloppy as the government).
ASD and Golden Panda were in very different positions with all of
this.  First, we were only in business 8 days.  I told the Assistant
Attorney General that I need more time to "mess up" than 8 days.
Also, we felt we had done a great job in proving that neither Golden
Panda nor ASD were ponzi schemes.  The two economists we hired felt we
were legitimate businesses.  The last day I met with Mr. Cowden I felt
we stood our ground on that fact.  The next day our Attorney from
Washington called and stated that the government was saying we were
"possibly" in violation with the SEC.  My attorney said that in the
process we would have to spend more money for SEC Attorneys.
Attorneys fees could cost over $200,000 more, and could possibly take
a year or two to win.   With this said, everyone's funds would have
been tied up during that period.    I didn't feel this would be fair
to you.  My next question to my Attorney was, "Do you think the
Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Cowden, would return funds to Golden
Panda's members?"  Mr. Cowden said he felt we were victims of ASD, (I
did not say we were victims, he did) and as victims we deserved to get
our money back.  Now, only time will prove if Mr. Cowden is an
honorable man and will do what he stated he would do.
Let me clear up something here.  He never threatened to put me in
jail.  Let me assure you that I have not "sold you out."  I have spent
over $100,000 of my own money to defend this situation and am proud
that I did.
Anyone that put funds into Golden Panda, please request those funds
from the government (they have them and they committed to return them
to you.) You can request your funds back by going to
www.goldenpandaadbuilder.com. There is a link at the end of the letter
posted on the Golden Panda site to request your funds.  I cannot see
how this will affect ASD and their fight.  I support ASD in their
futures challenges and look forward to a fair and correct verdict to
be received.
