Thanks for your website man. Hey, between that last
sentence of thanks and this sentence, my phone rang and it
was Clarence Busby. He asked that I take down all postings
of my letter from the Internet. My letter was written
primarily on ASD's business model and greatly generalized
the plan -- (I didn't explain how the 35% that goes to
ASD is further broken down into other areas etc). Golden
Panda is going to have a different business plan from ASD's,
so my letter is not even generally applicable to it now.
Golden Panda is going to run a tight ship and does not want
false information out there to confuse the masses,.
And I certainly don't want to muddy the waters.
So, Please take down my letter (all copies and corrections/versions).
We can all look forward to a better plan and a better explanation
directly from Golden Panda when they are approved for operation.
We can all look forward to getting into ASD's back office
and reading their explanations and their terms of service
too. I'm sure ASD will also be better as a result
of this time of testing.
In honest courts, testing of this sort tends to burn away
the false and unreliable information and leave only the true.
We can only hope that the courts hearing this case are honest
and that eventually we will all look back on this situation
and be thankful we went through the testing when we did.
My letter to the AG of FL was very general, and now it is
time to take it down.
