A message to all members
of ASD Member Advocates
- Surf's Up Baby!
We have just received word
from ASD Corporate that
Gary Talbert,
Assistant CFO will be hosting
the weekly conference calls
each Tuesday
& Thursday.
You may remember Gary from
the Tuesday morning Q&A
Calls.
The ASD membership has requested
that corporate continue
some level of
contact on a weekly basis
and they have graciously
agreed to do so.
ASD has been instructed
by their legal council to
discontinue the
calls with Andy until the
upcoming legal issues are
addressed by the
court.
Andy is following these
instructions in an effort
to protect the
interest of everyone. This
is not his choice and he
regrets not being
able to communicate with
us personally on a regular
basis. It is
critical that Andy and ASD
Corporate follow the instructions
of legal
council.
ASD will notify us of any
developments and we will
post this
information the moment things
change.
The ruling from the Federal
Court should be forth coming
any day. ASD
Corporate will post updates
on the breaking news and
we will continue
to post updated information
on the forum.
