ASD Attorney's filed another
motion in response to the
Governments 'Opposition'
Motion -
BE AWARE
- the Government is contacting the members
and trying to get them to file a claim as
a VICTIM. So be
aware of this.
*They said that our Attorneys
had not tried to contact them prior to
filing the original motion. Another lie.
And in the motion just filed we
stated that we did indeed contact and talk
to the Attorney
General prior
to filing. It's hard to get these people
to tell the truth.
*We are asking in the motion
for them to allow us to continue
business, while the litigation is going on,
while they are trying to
CREATE evidence and get people to say that
they are victims.
*If we did what the government
wanted us to do, (lay down and
die) we would be OUT of business by the time
all is done and said
because it will take a year or two to follow
through with all the
motions and such to conclude this case.
*In their Opposition motion
they didn't try to rebuke that we
were not a Ponzi, all they did was attack
Gerry, the expert on
multi-level businesses and call him a 'hired
gun'. Again,...nothing
of substance or evidence to the contrary.
*They say that they showed it
to 'an economist', no name, no
credentials, no details,..just a mysterious
expert.
*Their motion lacked the essentials
for revealing ANY VIABLE
REASON that ASD should not be allowed to
be continue in business.
There were no details, no evidence,..no
numbers, no names,..just
vague accusations as though if THEY SAY IT,
it is so.
*We told them we would put
together a budget, that we needed the
funds and the computers to get back in business,
even though they
'say' they didn't shut us down.
Even though they seized all the funds
and all the computers, that isn't shutting
us down?
*We protested, we should not
have to experience all the
consequences. The loss of advertising, loss
of jobs, loss of income,
while waiting on litigation, That we showed
3,500 positive results for
people experiencing results with the advertising.
*We reiterated we would operate
under the supervision of a
monitor and deliver monthly timely reports
to verify we are being
financially responsible.
* The US Attorney seems
to want the judge to rule against ASD
based on the fact that "they say so".,...without
ANY substantiating
evidence to back up their claims.
*Because they cannot and have not
brought forth anything to support
their claims, it is US that will be the victims...as
a result of what the
government has done! Not a result of ASD.
We asked for the funds to be
returned within 2 days of the
judge making a ruling. and
to schedule a hearing with the judge
ASAP so that our attorneys and the U.S. Attorney
can make their
case.

We don't know how long it will be until
we get a ruling on this motion.

defense is a strong offense. If God be

who can be against us.
