Andy thanked everyone for coming
to the call and went
immediately to an issue members
called him about...
* There were some members
that were upset, it
appeared
that Juan, the CEO of ASD was
promoting another surf site
called inet global. But after
contacting Juan, it was NOT him,
and he knew nothing about it.
* As far as the Subpoena
- it was for AdSurfDaily and
not Andy.
It was for 'records/documents'
only...No testifying, or anything
else.
We had to file for an extension
for 3 weeks in order to get all
the
documentation together that they
requested.
* We want to get a hearing
where members can testify and present
testimony that they were getting
results with the advertising
they were doing with ASD.
At the same time we will present
a plan to get started and
get back in operation while they
continue
moving forward with the litigation.
That is about all the
information that there was to pass
on tonight,
and there will be another call
next Tuesday, as always.
