Upon filling out the forms YOU become an example of a "Victim" for the prosecution - Case # 202-307-0258. They can send an investigator out to your home to interview you in person, or they can choose to interview you via phone. They can also issue a subpoena for you to produce documents, or tell you to show up in court and give testimony. They may also take a deposition from you.
- Short of their temporary interest in you due to your ability to bolster their case with your complaint, once the paperwork is filled out you are left in the dark, other members have already found out, when you ask WHAT IS HAPPENING? You will get told: 'Sorry - we can't comment about an ongoing case.

You will need to get the final form Notarized.
Now - The Attorney Generals' office will tell you that the forms are benign surveys (a.k.a. b.s.) after all, they can't reimburse you if they don't know who you are or what you are owed!

Make no mistake, these forms are wolves in sheep's clothing and are for the express purpose of 'information gathering' - the 'lazy man's way'. You are doing them the favor of not having to put in hours of digging up victims to present to the court.
And on top of that - understand - If the Government wins this case against Andy and ASD, every member who received a cash out is at risk of being asked to return it. Maybe you think that is a 'scare tactic' to get people to send money to the legal fund? No, it is JUST A REALITY…one that NO ONE wants to see come to fruition!

Meanwhile, by reply email, please describe the business (or businesses) you were paying ASD to advertise for you and the website or websites (full internet addresses) that you were asking ASD to include for you (to advertise) in its rotation
Also, from where do you think the funds to pay "rebates" (in excess of the funds you/members paid into ASD were coming? In other words, who was “paying†you for what was represented as better than free advertising?
Please do not provide them with the information they ask for. We have learned from experience, how good they are at twisting one's words.
In fact, if you have already sent in an email supporting ASD, do not contact them again. I think that they realize now, that their case is weak.....
