revenue share portion of AD4U as members
know it now. We are still offering revenue share with
the revenue
coming in from the gold site. You’ll need to continue to
surf
everyday to be able to participate in this revenue
share, but there
will not be a regularly scheduled payout as before. We
won’t know
how much or how often those payouts will be.
Please complete the cashout request on the tools page
with the
requested information and your payout will be calculated
and sent
to you sometime next week.
If you wish to continue with Ad4U, you don't need to
request a
cashout.
Please only submit a request if
you are not in profit. Meaning if you
have not gotten the money you have put in the program
back then you need to submit your request.
If you have already made your initial purchase back then
you will not
receive a cash out and you do not need to submit a
request.
We don't know the actual payout yet so all we are asking

I will never look at the Negative
The % is what is needed to grow us into the long term goals I have. I have never ever done anything to hurt the program and will not start now. I did not build this to end tomorrow but to be here forever. Upgrades are still coming in from allot of members that see the vision and that is what I am focused on.
We have been sharing 100% of the earnings for weeks and will continue to share until we get the gold refined and the money moved back into the business. We are purchasing large amounts of advertising and gold. That is what is needed to move us back to where we were and more.
We are not hurting like some people think, matter of a fact we are as strong or stronger than ever. But in order to put all the pieces that is needed together for our future all might have to see a change for a short time. Put it this way, if we don't move our business in this direction we will be just like the rest and that is gone in months.
We will be here when all the rest is gone, and we will offer the best advertising site on the net plus have the other income supporting us for years to come.
What you do today will reflect your future is my belief and that is exactly what our goal is.

This is the first time I have ever been this excited about our future,
we have sent out hundreds and hundreds of gold packets and they are
coming back full of old Jewerly and gold.
I knew it would affect our % in the short run and you know the funny
thing is that most programs that lower the % is going under but we are
the exception and we are here to prove that
Nothing comes easy but our future is important to us and we have to
use the revenue pool for the purchase and advertising of the gold

Effective immediately the hit and run has changed. I have been yelled at with words I would not even speak in private. So to show I am serious about the adv-entures4u program and the ones that are not I changed the hit and run clause. If you withdraw the total earnings it will cost double the ventures.
We are a revenue sharing program and that is why we do this. So to make the program solid and not let the hit and runners or the members that are not in it for the long haul with us they can cash out all the earnings no problem. That will minus double your ventures and you will share less and less of our revenue.
Remember we are a traffic exchange that shares our revenue. Ventures is the tool we use to make our revenue share equal. So the more you have the more you share by %. We all make the same % every week.
This will be the only week that we will allow members to pay back the hit and run. If you decided to cash out all your shares instead of 50% or less then you will have a penalty of double the venture share. This week only you will be allowed to send back the 50% and we will credit back your account.

Sending the Payrun Today
Believe me I want it done and over with so please do not send in a support about not getting your payment until later tomorrow because we just cannot do it at this point.
The only way to do the payrun would be do them one at a time and we just cannot do that with the amount. I have support in with both of the processor and if all else fails we will do stp 20 at a time and we will just have to wait on ALert until they get the system to work.
I can assure you that it is not our fault and we will do strictpay as soon as we get the others working.\
Earnings is not the issue because we are rocking and trust me when I say it will happen once the payment proccessors get fixed/

Our competitor is buying up $250,000,000.00 worth of gold by the end of the summer. Now they have been in business for a while and do allot of TV commerials and other advertising. We will also do commerials and advertising.
We will rely on our members to help us find people to send in there broken jewerly and precious metals so that we can turn a profit in the beginning. Once we build up a good business then we will start advertising all over the net, tv, radio, newspapers, etc.
We just want our share of the industry and once we get it, it should make us very very nice incomes.
Remember this is a true business, not something that is a flash in the pan. We expect to make enough money so that we do not rely on any new members or upgrades in http://ad-ventures4u.com to keep us going.
Allot of members ask if we will stop membership and I will say this, we do not know right now but If I was a member I would make sure I am leveraged to make the most I could because once we have it up and running we will be in the position to take only the members that is pro with us. We will infact do the payrun this week Sunday
night midnight eastern time. This will be in
real time so all upgrades until then will earn.
If you are a pro member you will earn on the
entire week and 6 days on that upgrade as long
as you surfed on the no grace days. We are
working thru all the commission cashouts that
members had a problem with. If you received this
email you should be ok, if you know a member
that is not receiving emails from me then they
need to change to a gmail account so that they
can get the verification payout link. If you are
a free member and upgrade to pro you will also
earn. I like to set a schedule and stick to a
schedule so you can count on it happening on
Sunday night midnight eastern. It does matter
when you join or if you recruit because we pay
every member the exact same. I am excited about
the new script and they way it is starting to
work. It is faster, and it does what we need.
You will continue to see changes and improvement

We have completed the commission payouts. We
will be working with the members that are having
trouble with the verification links. Please if
you have a gmail account or if not please get
one and change your profile to the gmail
account. This will cut down all the problems of
the verifacation link Once we get everyone taken
care of then we will go to the weekly payrun and
get it done. I don't know exactly when because I
want all referral commissions done and all the
bugs worked out of the system. With all that
said we are acting just like we promise. So we
will get the payrun done sometime soon. We are
going to pay in real time so that our system can
be checked to make sure we will not have a
future problem with real time paying so if you
upgrade you will earn on that upgrade the very
next payrun. By the way we are very busy with
upgrades, we have not seen a drop in the
earnings at all. So please beleive me when I
tell you all is fine. I am glad our members

I know allot of you are waiting for the venture
earnings to be posted and it will very soon. Our
script is not 100% done and our programer will
be up around 330am to work on the tabs so that
we can post, I can tell you that it will be the
same as before. We had a huge week even with the
two days down. Security is the main factor as to
why we haven't posted as of yet. It will happen,
we will just be a tad late this week. We can't
post without our security being 100%. The two
reason for changing the script from the other
script was speed and security. We are putting
the best security money can by on the program so
that no one can hack our site and request a
cashout that is not theirs. We have great
relationships with the payment proccessors and
can have anything reversed but I wanted security
like a payment proccessor for our site. ANd that
is exactly what we will have. I can promise that
all will be made whole this week, I just can't
promise when. I am not the programer, he says
possible tomorrow or the next day. We might be
able to put the venture earnings on tomorrow and
the cashout button on also but I cannot promise
this because I am not the one that is doing it.
I have never ever let you down and I promise I
will not let you down this week either. Hang in
there and it will happen. Also the partners in
referring will be paid thursday for the entire
two weeks. You will see the venture earnings

as I have the ability to do it. Couple of
things, website approvals are being donw as we
speak, we are getting them caught up, also we

We are working around the clock but this week

less time than we have. I know companies that
took 6 months to do what we did in day and a
half. And not only that we are planning to be on
schedule like nothing ever happen in less than a
week. I am proud of my staff and programming
team. And gues what, we have completed two more
programs this week and they are ready to launch
for the other income piece of our program. All

of you to know that my intentions are to be here
when all the rest are long gone. Matter of fact
I think most of them are gone already. We are
stonger now that we have ever been. Let's talk

we will make around 15% a day on the money that

We have a couple of issue and I wanted all of you to know what we are working on so that ths may reduce support tickets. New members upgrades did not auto them to a pro member so please we will get this fix asap. The system is not letting us add hits to an account so the programer is fixing that now. The approving website section of the script is not working correctly so we will be getting that complete soon. The system is updating every hours instead of instant so if you surf it will take it time to update your surfing so please do not send in a support ticket because your surfing did not show up because it will. Yes we will do a payrun and everyone will be whole this week. Please give us some time to get all done and then we will make it happen for all members. I believe the most amazing
thing about our program (Ad-Ventures4U) is this -
In most programs on the net you have to be the first
person to join to really make money, Not HERE!!!!.
I don't know how to express it any other way to get
the members to understand that you don't have to be
the first any longer. Many send emails asking if it
is "really true" - why? - because frankly it is not
the normal approach in today's arena of
pay per view, marketing, downline-building
network marketing programs.
We have members than joined last week and had more
ventures than some of our first members that joined
and guess what? They earned
more money than the first ones that joined
before last week. It is just amazing to see that
brand new members have the same exact opp as the
very first that joined!
The other thing that fascinates me about the program
is recruiting. Our recruiters are making a ton of
income, we pay 15% - yes, that is righ - 15% and we
pay that on new upgrades and rollover earnings.
Nobody is paying that way - period! You know what
is even better? YOU do not have to recruit at all if
you don't want to in this marketing program in order
to share the revenue - it's just another method of
earning within the membership.
And the last thing is this - we have grown even with
my terrible writing skills, It is proven that it is
not what I write that makes our program grow, but
the actions of our program that makes us grow.
We have been paying weekly from the beginning and we
have been paying in real time. Now we are going to
the next level with launching the gold site. We are
so close that it is just a day or two away.
I am just inspired by all the things about this
program and I think I am more excited about

We had several members ask if we have monthly fees

from past experience is that monthly fees is just a
way members do not stay in a program. They are not

With our program we see our members coming in and
testing. They see that in fact they are earning a
share of the ventures and members continue to
upgrade so that they can even earn more. WE DON'T
NEED MONTHLY FEES BECAUSE OUR PROGRAM IS PROVEN TO
EARN MEMBERS MONEY!!!!
Every one of our members that joins us eventually
upgrade and of the upgraded-members 90% do multiple
upgrades to continue to make their earnings grow.
That is just amazing, we don't force members to put
money into our program - they do it all on their
own.
Do yourself a favor and just look at the members and
see how many ventures they have, it is just mind
boggling, and all of them made that decision on
their ownm because we surely did not force them to
upgrade and make them pay us a monthly fee.
We plan on being here when all the rest of the

programs that have gone since we started this
business. We are always in profit, we never ever
payout more than we make.
